Dear residents!
 We have just finished a general meeting of the Samaria Melach Headquarters, we all stand united in the face of the horror.
We support our brothers working on the Gaza border, the IDF soldiers, the Israel Police and the entire security system.

 We are in continuous contact with all government agencies and the military in order to provide a good response in the communities and on the roads as much as possible.
.
The Malach headquarters is fully mobilized, committed and works closely with the leaders of all the community leaders.
Many of the residents and officials in the council and communities are recruited to fight in the south, we are working hard to recruit replacements for the people who were recruited and to reduce gaps in service.
Along with the security issue, we are all committed to providing the best service in the municipal areas.

 On the security issue, we are preparing for any scenario that may arise, and work together with the army, the security system and the community leaders.

All the residents of Samaria - strengthen the families of the recruits and pray for the healing of the wounded.
The council team together with the communities accompanies and strengthens the families of the wounded and missing residents of Samaria, and embraces with love and pain the families of our fallen.
We were all very moved by the tremendous help of the residents of Samaria for the help of the residents of the south and for the help of the IDF soldiers.
I would like to strengthen the many volunteers who help and assist in everything that is required in the communities, with an emphasis on the special needs families and the women whose husbands were recruited.

We are at war.
It's going to be long and difficult.
We need faith, determination, unity and patience.
Our families, our communities and the nation of Israel - need us to be strong, with great resilience.
This is the time to support each other in the best possible way, as we always know how to do here in Samaria.

Operation "Iron Swords" - update and important instructions for residents at the end of the holiday

Dear residents shavua tov,
After a difficult and painful Sabbath under a heavy attack in the south, we are alert and prepared in the Shomron and throughout the country.
During Shabbat, I held talks with the Minister of Defense, the commanding general, the division commander, the battalion commanders, and we also held two assessments of the situation of the emergency headquarters in the Shomron Regional Council, and another assessment of the situation together with the leaders of the settlements.
The council's emergency teams have been mobilized, the emergency teams in the settlements have been briefed and are working in the field.
At my request, the standby squads and the Hagmar units were sped up and mobilized to protect the settlements.

Holiday departure:
* As a general rule, all roads are open for residents to travel.
Chawara, Gilead and Dotan Harmesh access roads will be open to the traffic for Israelis only.
Other access roads are under heavy scrutiny.

Travel should be minimized.
* Second Hakafot: are not happening.
* You must adhere to the guidelines of the Home Front Command - up to 50 people in a closed structure with a protected area, and up to 10 people in an open area within reach of a protected area.

* Any friction outside the settlements must be completely avoided - show responsibility and prevent the forces from being distracted from the security mission.

Israel is at war 
 updates and important instructions for residents*

(Saturday, 7.10, time 13:30 p.m., message no. 2)

dear residents,
The State of Israel is under attack. This morning the terrorist organizations launched a combined attack with missiles fired across many areas of the country, and terrorists infiltrating several areas in the southern region of the country. The Prime Minister has declared war.
Also throughout Samaria a terrorist was neutralized on his way to Beit Aryeh. one must remain vigilant and alert.

The emergency response teams led by the head of the council is in continuous contact with the army and with the emergency  Response teams in all localities.

:Instructions for residents

 Gatherings of over 50 people in a closed area or 10 people in an open area should not be held, not even in synagogue

 Following the direction of the army, at this stage no one should leave their community except in cases of recruitment. An updated message will be issued when there are new instructions from the IDF.

 Those who have weapons in their possession are asked to carry them everywhere

 In any emergency,  immediately call the Shomron Hotline 1208.

Readiness:*
 All residents must be prepared for 2 types of alerts: missile fire and terrorist infiltration.  Everyone must follow the instructions of the Home Front Command: when missiles are fired - enter the most protected space available within  90 seconds. It is the responsibility of each and every resident to know where the nearest and available protected space is according to the instructions of the Home Front Command for additional instructions:

Opération "Épées de Fers" - résumé quotidien et mises à jour importantes

(Dimanche 8/10, heure - 19h30 mise à jour n°5)

1. Éducation :
Il n'y aura pas de cours dans tous les établissements d'enseignement jusqu'à mardi (inclus).
Le ministère de l'Éducation a mis en place une ligne d'assistance téléphonique pour le personnel enseignant et les étudiants *6552 poste 5.

2. Armes et munitions supplémentaires :
Depuis hier matin, je travaille avec les services du Conseil et tous les partis - à commencer par le ministère de la Défense, le cabinet du Premier ministre et les grades militaires (commandement, division et généraux).
Ajoutez des armes dans les yishuvim au profit des ex-combattants, ainsi que des munitions et des moyens de guerre supplémentaires nécessaires.
Heureusement, ces dernières heures, nos explications et nos pressions portent leurs fruits, et des outils supplémentaires seront ajoutés en fonction des exigences des divisions et des rabbins.
Ce n’est pas tout, mais des progrès importants et des allocations supplémentaires et significatives.
En outre, Tsahal augmente ses forces dans le secteur et nous continuons à travailler pour améliorer le statut de la main-d'œuvre.

3. Abris – Des abris ont été ouverts et aménagés dans touts les yishuvim. Les établissements d'enseignement étaient utilisés comme abris selon les besoins.
Selon la priorité du commandement du front intérieur, la zone de Yosh n'apporte pas actuellement de protection aux quartiers caravaniers, mais sa priorité est inférieure à celle du nord et des colonies entourant Gaza. Nous continuerons à promouvoir cette question.

Уважаемые жители !
Мы только что закончили комплексное заседание Главного управления  Самарии, мы все вместе стоим перед размерами представшего ужаса.
Мы поддерживаем наших братьев в секторе Газа, солдат ЦАХАЛа, израильскую полицию и все органы безопасности.

Мы находимся в постоянном контакте со всеми военными и политическими источниками, чтобы обеспечить необходимый уровень безопастности на дорогах и  в поселениях 
Штаб экстренной помощи  полностью мобилизован, предан делу и тесно сотрудничает с руководителями всех поселений.

 Многие жители и работники в совете и поселениях призываются для боевых действий на юге, мы активно работаем над набором замены работникам  ,что бы продолжать и давать обслуживание и дальше.
Помимо вопроса безопасности, мы все мобилизованы в вопросе муниципальной службы, чтобы обеспечить лучший сервис.
 На уровне безопасности мы готовимся к любому сценарию, который может возникнуть, и работаем вместе с армией, системой безопасности и руководителями поселений.
